Sustainability

Our commitment towards sustainable development is perceived as a process of making decisions that grasp the long-term benefit of the economy, ecology and equity of all involved communities. Above and beyond the technical and economic quality of our projects, our goal is to enhance their social, societal and environmental added value by providing solutions that simultaneously meet the short-term needs of clients and users and address the long-term issues facing society as a whole.

We are committed to maintaining the entrepreneurial culture behind our success while fostering the values and behaviors required for ensuring our sustainable corporate future. As a responsible corporate citizen, we remain committed to create a better world in every country of operation and to ensure that any project we deliver affects positively the society and environment around us.
Recognizing that our activities have an impact on the environment we aim to minimize or even eliminate the strain posed, by applying careful environmental management.
The Group’s sustainable development policy is built on its commitment to the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Safety

We believe in the idea of "Zero Accident" policy which is both a goal and achievement at Microsource partners and subcontractors. If it's not safe, we don't do it. We reinforce this philosophy through a combination of technical field procedures, ongoing training, and a Life Critical Requirements Program that highlights activities that could be life-threatening when not executed according to published procedures. On many projects, we prepare and implement traffic safety management plans specific to the work site and to the local roads over which equipment and materials flow to support construction.

Quality
Quality work reduces cost, improves schedule, and, in doing so, satisfies our customers. We believe in achieving quality by making solid decisions based on facts, identifying issues before they occur, promptly fixing problems should they materialize, and inspiring every person on a project to "do it right the first time."

Speed

Enhancing existing technologies in search of developing more and more rapid means of mobilization and project completion methods is the desire of each and every project - execution group.
